Past-Life Regression

A past life regression is a session where hypnosis is induced, producing a relaxed state of focused concentration. The client is directed to let their own subconscious mind choose the time and place to visit. Once there, questions are asked about what is being experienced for the purpose of receiving guidance and understanding.

At least 70% of clients seeking a past life regression experience some level of information coming into conscious awareness during and even after the first hypnosis session. This information may come in the form of visual, auditory, or other sensory inputs. Or, the information may be received as an inner knowing or through emotions.

A most interesting aspect of past life regression is that we let your own subconscious mind provide the past life memories to be selected for you. These memories are given to you to show you that you may have gone through other experiences from another time and place that are playing out on some levels now.

By bringing these experiences to the surface, your conscious mind can then process this knowledge to help you make decisions and reach new understandings.

Yes. Sometimes a client will only experience one particular lifetime in a session. In other cases, two or more individual lives may be experienced within the same session. Usually this happens because there may be a repeating pattern that is significant to the client’s present life, or because revisiting more than one lifetime may show a contrast between multiple lives that is helpful.

In most cases, the client will remember many of the details of the regression. Every session is recorded as an mp3 file, so if there are any gaps in the recall of the session, the audio can be listened to to fill in the details. You are also welcome to bring your own recording device if you choose.
